PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT OF THE MANAGEMENT TEAM OF A PROFESSIONAL EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION

Abstract

The article is devoted to the problem of forming an effective professional development process for the management team of a professional educational institution, which involves selecting and developing optimal technologies, principles, and methods of training. Aim: to demonstrate to a wide range of teachers the experience of successful management of a professional educational institution that ensures the improvement of academic knowledge and the development of comprehensive competencies: strategic thinking, emotional intelligence, leadership skills, project management skills, and digital literacy. Results: the article examines the practical experience of leading educational institutions of secondary vocational education in the Novosibirsk Region and explores the degree of personal relationships between members of the teaching staff. The article formulates provisions that allow for understanding the specifics of the process of effective professional development of the management team of an educational institution in order to create an environment for the qualitative formation and intensive development of the process of professional adaptation of the management team of a professional educational institution.
