Reviewing
The review process
- The review is a document of expert assessment conducted by the Editorial Board to determine the quality of scientific research.
- All materials submitted to the Editorial Office that correspond to the format and subject of the journal are reviewed.
- The review process involves experts who are recognized in the scientific field of peer-reviewed materials and who have published on the subject of the article in question over the past three years.
- The reviewer cannot be the author or co-author of the reviewed work, as well as an employee from the organization where the author of the article works (he is in graduate school, doctoral program).
- The journal conducts a double-blind review of incoming articles (the reviewer is provided with the article without providing information about the authors; the author does not know the reviewer's last name).
- The reviewer makes a decision after analyzing the article.:
- a) recommend the manuscript for publication without revision or with revision; b) send it for additional review; c) reject. The compiled review is sent to the Editorial Office, its conclusions are recorded in the electronic edition.
- The editorial board sends the results of the review to the authors of the submitted studies.
- In case of disagreement with the reviewer's comments, the author/authors of the article may send a reasoned statement to the editorial board of the journal for further consideration.
- An article that has been finalized based on the reviewer's comments may be sent for re-review at the discretion of the Editorial Board.
- The reviews are kept in the editorial office of the journal for five years and are sent to the Higher Attestation Commission of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation if requested.
