Submission Requirements
Requirements for the content and design of articles
When submitting an article, the author is obliged to provide the necessary accompanying documents to the editorial office by uploading them in his personal account along with the article file.:
- license agreement,
- consent to the processing of personal data,
- report on plagiarism.
- Original scientific articles in Russian and English corresponding to the thematic areas of the journal are accepted. The volume of the article is not less than 8 pages (but not more than 20 pages), including figures and tables placed in the text by reference (the ratio of figures and tables to the text is 30 to 70%). The volume of the review article is from 10 to 30 pages, including figures and tables placed in the text by reference (the ratio of figures and tables to the text is 30 to 70%); the list of references should include more than 30 sources.
- It is not allowed to send to the editorial office of the journal already published articles or articles sent for publication in other journals. If an article is found to be submitted to several publications at the same time, the published article will be withdrawn from print (retrogressed).
- Articles submitted to the editorial office and corresponding to the thematic areas of the journal are checked for plagiarism using the Anti-Plagiarism system. The originality of the text must be at least 65%. If numerous borrowings are detected, the editorial board acts in accordance with the COPE rules.
- The list of references should include 20 or more sources; a reference to own works – no more than 20% of the total number of sources; the list of references must necessarily contain references to modern sources (no older than three years at the time of publication of the article, 20%) and foreign sources (40% of the total; under foreign sources include works by foreign authors).
- The abbreviation used in the text is deciphered the first time it is used.
- The list of references is compiled in the order of the first mention of sources. The text indicates the source number in the list, enclosed in square brackets. The list includes only published works, one link must correspond to one source. The list includes only those sources that are mentioned in the text of the article. If the article is published in Russian and English, the Russian–language version should be referenced in the list of references, and the English-language version in the references.
- The metadata of the article must necessarily contain:
– UDC;
– the cipher of the specialty of the Higher Attestation Commission;
– the title of the article in Russian and English;
– information about the authors in Russian and English (full name of the authors; academic degree, position; place of work and department (institute, department, etc.), postal address of the place of work; ORCID (if available); e-mail of the authors;
– a structured abstract (in Russian and English) of at least 200 words (but not more than 300), which should reflect the relevance and purpose of the study, methods, results, conclusions;
– keywords (5-10 words or phrases in Russian and English).
- Design of figures, tables and formulas in the text of the article:
– files of drawings (preferably in color) in jpg, tif, cdr, vsd or other formats of vector editors Corel Draw, Microsoft Visio, etc., as well as special graphic editors, such as Adobe Photoshop, with a resolution of at least 300 dpi are attached to the article.
– making captions to figures and tables (in Russian and English):

– fractions and intervals should be designed as 1.2...1.8 mm; 5-7 pcs.
– if the length of the formula exceeds half the width of the page, it is necessary to split the formula into fragments due to the fact that the texts of articles in the journal are arranged in two columns.
– only those formulas that are referenced in the text are numbered, the letters of the Latin alphabet are in italics, except for those included in proper names, the designations of standard mathematical functions and chemical elements (Upr., F, µ, but Al2O3, cosa, max, lg, "BASF"). Vectors are shown in bold italics.
– the text of the article uses quotation marks like "..”.
- The use of the IMRAD structure is encouraged:
Introduction: the scientific problem and the purpose of the article are stated.
Materials and Methods: provides information about the object and sequence of the study.
Research results: the author's specific research results are presented.
Discussion and conclusion: the practical significance and prospects of the research are indicated.
- List of references (in Russian and English):
– it is formed in accordance with the mention of sources in the text of the article, for example: [1, 2] or [3-7] and is designed in accordance with the rules of the journal (see the example of the design of the article)
