Reviewer Duties
Responsibilities of Reviewers
- A reviewer who feels insufficiently qualified to review a manuscript or does not have enough time to complete the work promptly should notify the editor of the journal.
- The manuscript received by the reviewer should be considered by him as a confidential document.
- The reviewer is obliged to give an objective and reasoned assessment of the received material. Personal criticism of the Author is unacceptable.
- Information or ideas obtained during the review and related to possible benefits should be kept confidential.
- Reviewers should not participate in reviewing manuscripts if there are conflicts of interest.
