Abstract
Relevance of the paper is caused by the fact that modern economy is characterized by a high level of competition and rapid changes in technology. For enterprises, success and sustainability depend on the ability to effectively respond to market changes, implement innovative solutions and maintain a high level of quality of products and services. One of the key factors of enterprise competitiveness is the intellectual and innovative potential of human resources – the ability of employees to create new knowledge, ideas and technologies necessary for business development. The research is aimed at determining the relationship between the intellectual-innovative potential of human resources and enterprise competitiveness. The authors have investigated the category “intellectual-innovative potential” and defined its components. The paper proposes the components of enterprise competitiveness. The study analyzed the relationship between intellectual-innovative potential and competitiveness of the enterprise using Pearson correlation coefficient. The results of calculations showed a high positive correlation between the level of intellectualinnovative potential of employees and competitiveness of enterprises. The results of the study show that it is necessary to form effective mechanisms of interaction between educational institutions, scientific organizations and industrial enterprises. Creation of self-developing information and educational system for the development of intellectual-innovative potential of personnel will become an effective tool for the formation of intellectual-innovative potential of personnel.
