Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the role of feedback in the educational process, its forms and tools, as well as the development of proposals for their optimization and implementation into modern practice. The relevance of the topic is due to the importance of feedback for improving the quality of education, motivating students, and developing professional competencies among teachers. The aim of the article is to analyze existing approaches to feedback, identify their strengths and weaknesses, and propose recommendations for integrating traditional and digital methods. The research methodology includes qualitative and quantitative analysis of data obtained through a review of scientific literature and surveys of educators and learners. The main findings of the study confirm the necessity of combining various forms of feedback (oral, written, digital) to achieve maximum effectiveness. Key factors, affecting the choice of feedback methods, were identified, along with preferences of participants in the educational process. The novelty of the work lies in the development of a comprehensive approach to feedback that takes into account individual needs of learners and characteristics of the educational context. Practical recommendations are aimed at enhancing teacher qualifications, creating integrated feedback systems, and regularly updating the tools used. The target audience consists of educators, educational institutions, and specialists in pedagogical management interested in improving curricula and enhancing the quality of the educational process.
